OMG! DH needs another sleep study. His old doc retired and he went to a new doctor. So I looked where they were sending him...(clicked on the wrong one and OOP was over 1500!! OMG...So I started looking and the one he had it before was at over 800. Now there are some as low as 200! But the one with the doc he is seeing is at 400.

What a difference. :confused3

Agree, our local hospital gave us 48 hours to come up with $446 for an ultrasound needed in my neck. We called around and a hospital 20 miles away did it for $43.

I know what you mean.. I needed an MRI a few years ago and our local hospital was more expensive than the Cleveland Clinic! The Cleveland Clinic being such a huge hospital, I would have thought they would have been more expensive.

Will insurance cover it??? I think i might need one done

It depends on your policy. THe first one DH had done was $$$ but our deductible wasn't met yet. We have met our deductible (back in March :confused3), so now we have our co-insurance. Once that is met we have zero oop for in network. The way this year is going, I think we will meet it. We spend OOP for co-insurance and out of net work doctors around 600 plus per month.... Fun times :)
