Medical pass fir elderly in laws!

Hi, I have been to WDW 15 times and can't get enough... The last 3 or 4 times I have gone, we were able to use this pass which would allow the party (well, at least 6 within the party) to use a separate line where would not have a significant wait... I heard that was eliminated... I am saddened if this is the case... I am planning on returning this summer and am hopeful anyone can shed some light on this issue for me... Thx!!!
