Medical Form How long til they contact you?

I'm not cruising for another five months (Wow! That feels good to say after previously saying 18 months!). I have food allergies. I filled out and sent in the medical form a couple weeks ago, but I haven't heard back from them. I figure it's just because it's still plenty of time before my sail date. But I'm wondering when they usually do get back to you about the medical form. ANyone ahve any imput?

We cruised last April and as I remember, I didn't hear back from then until a week or two before the cruise. I did call before that just to make sure that the forms had been received.

We're going again this April and I just faxed the forms last week.

I faxed in a copy and mailed in a copy a few weeks ago, we sail May 5th but I certainly hope if they are going to call they do so before April 26th since we are driving down a week early to have some extra Florida time! Why are they going to call me anyway? Everything they need to know is on the form....

I filled out the form for my last cruise and I never heard from them at all. I did discuss my diebetic diet problems with the head waiter, he contacted me during the first dinner on board to discuss it in detail.

I would think if there was anything they had to set up or get medical equipment for, they would contact you or your Doctor. If it was anything they deal with on a semi-regualr basis, I wouldn't think they would need to contact you.

If it was something I was concerned about, I would call and verify it with them.
