medical condition working at QSF&B

I have Irritbale bowel syndrom, which makes it hard for be around certain foods with the different smells that could me sick insanteously which could upset by medical condition.

I got the position of qsf&B, what do I need to do or tell my recruiter??? Is it possibe for me to be moved to another department (Merchandising) b/c of my medical condition???? I accepted the role, but can reject me b/c of my medical condition??? My doctor is filling out forms and a letter to give to disney on my disease.

Please help me on what to do and any advice

I wouldn't know if they could move you, but you definitely should have let them know on your interview....

I would email your recruiter asap and let them know.

You should have disclosed this during your interview, but call your support recruiter and see if you can moved to different line of business due to this circumstance. If you're not able to, request a medical accommodation form and fill it out appropriately.

ok, I emailed my recruiter this morning!!! I am already accepted, can they tell me not to come now b/c of this???? I know I should have informed my recruiter during the interview process, but I was expecting to get other positions, qs&Fb was my last choice, I don't mind doing the job b/c I have always wanted to work at disney!!!!!!

I find it kind of unlikely that they'd turn you away, but I can't speak for them. It'll depend on what's available that will work with your situation. I can think of a couple quick-service areas where you may be able to work without any issues, but I'll reserve comment until they get back to you.
