med. repo west cruise

I am new to this board. Have been on disney cruise 4 previous times. Am going to the westbound med repo cruise and the pc eastbound repo cruise in 2008. Love the cruise line. My question is what can we expect on the crossing back as far as the seas go. Have read some other posts on blogs and such and it seems the seas were a bit rough and the weather was cold on the way over. Trying to figure out what to bring and if we will get seasick Anyone else out there going on this cruise? Trying to decide what things to try to see on the ports etc. Any tips and ideas on the ports and info on the atlantic would be greatly apperciated.
