Meatloaf recipes

So...I have about a half a loaf left of 3 cheese bread I got from Panera, and the only thing that I can think to do with it since it's starting to get a little dried out is to make a meatloaf...
Anyone got a good meatloaf meatloaf recipe that uses day old bread?

Not meatloaf but I make chicken with croutons that is pretty good and your bread would probably work too.

I take however many chicken breasts you need, marinate them in ranch dressing, crush up the croutons (maybe throw your bread into a food processor or blender until crumbled), coat the chicken and bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.

If it's alot of bread, use 2 eggs. Add a pound and a half of ground sirloin. One envelope lipton onion soup mix.

Combine and mix, Cook at 350 for one hour or till no longer pink.

The meatloaf recipe I use is from allrecipes.com and it's called "Easy Meatloaf". It is easy, and delicious too.

You could always freeze the bread and save it to make the stuffing for your holiday turkey.

This sounds good. Do you use a specific flavor of crouton? Croutons, Ranch dressing and chicken are three things I always have on hand, so this would be a good what should we have for dinner tonight recipe.

I just use whatever I happen to have on hand-usually a favored crouton of some kind.

I think I would make lasagne or spaghetti and use the bread to make garlic toast. Add a little Italian seasoning to the bread if you need to.
