We have a Big Green Egg. Its over 10 years old by now. We had a gas stainless one prior that lasted exactly a year. My husband has smoked turkeys, hams, roasts and anything you can imagine. Delicious.

We love our smoker. Don't know the brand, but LOVE to make homemade jerky on it after the main course (turkey, ham, beef, seafood) is done.

We have a big green egg also. My husband loves it an we've had it probably for 9 years. I love smoked turkey in it.
 

We have a Brinkmann charcoal smoker from Lowe's. (It's red)
Love it, but totally going to break down and buy a Big Green Egg next summer. We have Egg Envy!

my favorite thing is to watch out for a good price on salmon and have dh smoke it.

we've done sausage that's turned out well.
 
We have a new Bradley electric smoker and have been having a blast with it! It's programable which makes it so easy to set it and forget it! We are still trying to get down how long to smoke and how long to just cook but it's been a fun journey.

So far we have done a brisket,chicken in many different ways, sausages and a lot of jerky!

We bought the cheapest one we could. Paid about $50 at Home Depot for a red electric smoker ( I don't know the brand but it looks like a vertical red bullet). It's perfect for what we do which is pork butt. It turns out wonderfully. It doesn't have any bells or whistles. Now that I know how much we enjoy it, I'll probably invest in a better one at some point but we're in no hurry. We've done a small turkey and brisket with great success. Everything comes out moist with a great smoke flavor.

My dad has that one. It has smoked a ton of butts for all of our family gatherings. Ours is the same brand and model, except it's not electric.
