Measuring a 40-inch child in a wheelchair

If a child is in a wheelchair and can’t stand independently, is there a wristband option like Legoland has so she can be measured lying down once instead of trying to hold her up at each individual ride?

She’s over 41 inches, so it’s not even “close,” but it is really difficult to try to hold her up straight multiple times a day. The Legoland option was so nice. Curious if Disney offers something similar?

Do they do anything similar where a child with disabilities can be measured in a different way?

At Legoland, the first aid station let her lay down and measured her that way. I wasn’t sure if there’s anything like that?

No, Disney measures, often twice (once at ride entry and may again elsewhere in line).

The CMs are quite good at estimating height,

One related issue is the individual’s ability to independently sit upright snd if neck support is needed.

Some transfers can be challenging, regardless of height issues- Navi River Journey and Frozen, among othets.

I should add that I’m not judging what is/is not doable for you. My personal issue is that I am too rigid. Neither hip bends in either direction, so bump steps aren’t a good transfer tool for me, and sitting low doesnt work well at all, so Pirates, Frozen, Mexico, Splash, and Space are out, as is the Orbiter.

I‘ve never tried Everest or Barnstomer, and can’t ride FOP or bend to get in the boats at Navi. I can no longer bend to fit in a doombuggy, nor step up into a pirate ahip for Peter Pan.
