Mears? Yes or No

Friends of ours just decided to visit WDW in December and booked a room at the Hilton at DTD because they had reward points to use. They don't want to rent a car and asked me to ask here about how long they might have to wait for Mears at MCO with a flight that arrives at 10:30pm.

I suggested they call FL. Tours and be assured of a quick trip to their hotel. They'd like to save a bit of money. Any opinions?

If there are several of you, the convenience of a chauffered car is only a small step up in cost (or even a step down in cost) over the Mears Shuttle.

From MCO to the Disney area the Mears round trip is about $30. per person.
