Mears Tipping?

We are taking a Mears luxury vehicle from the airport and to the airport. I think round trip was about $120 for the 4 us. Should I tip our driver on top of that? We never used this service, so I wasn't sure.

Never used this, but I have used a Tiffany towncar many times and I tip 20%, half each way, a little more going to WDW if there's a grocery stop involved. If it's a driver and car/limo just for my party and he/she schlepps our bags, it's 20%, if it's a shared bus-like vehilcle, I'll tip by the bag.
