mears / taxi carseats ?

I have a question lets say we want to take mears or a taxi to get down to universal or seaworld with a toddler ( 2 years old )what about carseats do they have them ?? since we will be flying we will not have one .

We recently took a taxi from disney to universal and all we did was tell them out front of the hotel that we needed a car seat and they called a taxi with one. Very easy.
