Mears taxi and cash

I have never used a Mears taxi before but considering using one on my next trip. When you book for one ahead of time, do you need to use the online app or are you able to call and arrange one? And if you do end up booking it online, do they need you to have a credit card or can you just pay in cash at the time of the ride? Thanks.

I can't answer your question directly, but if you will be at a Disney hotel there usually are Mears cabs waiting there. Ask the employee working out front (valet parking person) to wave one over for you; he or she will call one for you if none are waiting.

We did as Best Aunt said and just had one hailed over. We then paid cash when we arrived at our destination but you could also pay by card.
