Mears Shuttles to Universal

My son and his friends just used the service on Wednesday and it was $18 rt from the BoardWalk.

The PP is right. According to the Mears site, it is $18 pp r/t from WDW Resorts to Universal.

Do you need to pre book this shuttle?? If so how far in advance do have to give them. Also does Mears do Seaworld has well. Any info would help a lot.

I've always made reservations the night before either from my hotel room or, if I remember correctly, at POP there was a Mears direct phone in the lobby that you could use. Just remember that, at least when we went to Universal, you had to call 2 hours before you wanted to be picked up & brought back to WDW, so remember to have a cell phone & the Mears number from you transport slip handy!

I've always made reservations the night before either from my hotel room or, if I remember correctly, at POP there was a Mears direct phone in the lobby that you could use. Just remember that, at least when we went to Universal, you had to call 2 hours before you wanted to be picked up & brought back to WDW, so remember to have a cell phone & the Mears number from you transport slip handy!

My son went to the concierge at the BW and they directed him. He made the reservation the day before, and they did call 2 hours prior to their desired pick up time.

Just an FYI, if you want to pay for the Mears ticket with a credit/debit card instead of cash, you can stop by any Mears desk at MCO before boarding your DME bus. You still have to make the actual transportation reservation the day before, but you will then have your ticket in hand.

Also, you can dial "0" on ANY Disney house phone including from your room and ask to be transferred to Mears.
