Mears Shared Van/Shuttle Gone?

Since they now offer Mears Connect did Mears get rid of their other shared shuttle service? A few years ago I was able to book a shared shuttle van and get transportation to the Wyndham on hotel plaza Blvd. We made a stop at the Gaylord Palms to drop off another group before they dropped me off at the Wyndham. Like to take this option again to that same hotel but can not find where to book it. I can only find their Taxis and their Mears Connect. I read quite a few bad reviews that Mears Connect not picking up their passengers on their departure day and they had to find another way to get the the airport last minute cause of this. Don’t want this issue if I can book the smaller shared shuttle.

Mears Connect now services some of the Good Neighbor and adjacent properties, so you are correct that they no longer offer a standard shuttle there.
I would book their luxury service if you don’t want to worry.
