Mears return to MCO

I took Mears from CSR to MCO on Friday, November 14th. I have to say, it was about the ONLY part of the trip that was hassle-free. I asked the parking attendant where the bus stop/pick up area was (at CSR you don't wait in the lobby) and was there about 10 minutes before the pick-up time. The bus drive got off the bus, asked my name, and he stowed my suitcase while I boarded. There were already people on the bus, and we made one more stop (Riviera) before going to MCO. They picked me up at 7:40 for an 11am flight, so even with a stop at terminal C, I had plenty of time to clear TSA and get to my gate... more time than I'd leave if I'd been driving myself to the airport.

We used Mears Connect arriving to WDW on 11/1/25 and returning 11/5/25.
Not too bad a wait leaving MCO.

On the return, we get text updates, and a link to track our bus. Y'all aren't getting this info?
We were out at the pickup area in plenty of time. Bus was running a few minutes late, but with the tracker link, we knew it was on the way.

We have no hesitation at using them again.

I didn't get this in July. Maybe this is something new? If so, that's terrific.

Used them back in February. No problems at all. Got to the Brightline station in plenty of time before my train departure to return home.

Just took Mears again Sunday. The driver announced pick up location was the same area as drop off. I am posting because not sure I ever paid a lot of attention to what the driver says since I have taking it so many times. I do like to listen how many stops and order of stops. I might have paid more attention since I was solo.

No issues. Did not have a long wait at MCO andmy resort was the second stop out of three.

Have always found Mears return to be on time. For our upcoming trip we booked Gear Fusion for arrival and Mears for our return.

I haven't taken Mears back to the airport in a few months, but the last time I did, it cost $16 per person.

The ride from the airport costs a bit more--something about an airport tax, I think.

I got the link, but it showed the bus as being away from the resort even when it had arrived early. The link was also the only text I received.

I just got dropped off at MCO and hour ago and I was super impressed by the staff and communication. It was so easy and a pleasant experience.

Been traveling with Mears from MCO to WDW almost exclusively since began going to WDW . Only change is when I travel using Amtrak to Fl and then I use Uber.

I think the text notifications began during the spring and if not certainly by July. Has GPS tracking as well.

Only had good interaction with their service and my stop is generally within the first 3 stops (BW, YC,BC) same as when using the buses on property.

Just took the bus back to MCO 2 days ago. The bus was 10 minutes early and the driver was very pleasant and helpful. No problems at all.

We have a 6 am flight out of MCO.. So I'm concerned about getting to the airport on time that early. Would it be better to just take an Uber? A few years ago we had a similar bad experience with the Mears bus not showing up - actually they were 10 - 15 minutes early -- just as we were getting to the bus stop and saw it slow down but not stop! after that we just took Uber with no problems. It's just this year the prices seem at little better with Mears. Any thoughts?
