Mears Questions?? Please help...

Am thinking of taking Mears this trip (I would be myself an my 3 yo son). Have a couple of questions-
1- Do you need to bring a car seat (for the 3 yo)?
2- How early would we have to leave AKL to be at the airport at 12:30pm?
3- How long does it take to get to AKL from the airport?

I don't know about the car seat. I'm sure someone else can answer that. As for when they pick you up to go to the airport, when you call to arrange for pick up they will tell you what time. It's usually 2 1/2 to 3 hours before. As for getting to the AKL, it will all depend on how many others are on your bus. I've made it in about 45 minutes, but it can take longer if there are other drop offs before you.
