we used mears for transportation to and from the parks and they were horrible on several occasions they were 45+ min late and they thought that was ok and actuley told me they thought that was ok most drivers were ok at best but we did have 2 really good ones they were actuly cab drivers they sent and not the shuttle drivers there is no way i would ever use mears again and just thought i would share so you guys dont make the same mistake as i did

Just curious, What parks? how many is several? after 45 min, who and what # did you call? What Hotel did you stay at?

we used them for transportation to and from the disney parks they were 45+ min late on 5 occasions and i was calling the 1800 number and was speaking to jose tobar do you work for mears by any chance localdriver im in the process of talking to the bbb because they were so bad oh and i stayed at westgate vacation villas everytime i called everybody seemed to know who i was so i guess that tells you how bad it was

I would strongly suggest that anyone staying offsite rent a car or make sure where they stay provides good transport. As J&ADad discovered otherwise you are at the mercy of who knows who.

I don't think Mears's days are numbered. They have the bus contract for Disney and there are LOTS of guests who don't stay at Disney and need transport.
