Has anyone used this option? You can select 2 hours. Does this mean that they will stop at a grocery store or something and wait for you? Just has to be under two hours?

Generally with a charter rate the clock generally starts at the time you specify when you make your reservation. Not when your flight lands. Will Mears book a charter rate on an airport pick up?

No, we don’t generally do charter rates on airport pickups due to the fees we pay to pick up at the airport.
Our charter rates have a 2 hour minimum. The driver will wait while you have dinner, shop, etc, and take you wherever you would like to go.
