Happy Wednesday everyone!

Okay, I didn't sign up for this kinda vacation!

I took off 4 days (now reduced to 3 1/2 because of a meeting) to get ready for a yardsale.

Where the heck did all this stuff come from????

I had no idea we had this much stuff in our basement. Guess I should have - in this house we have all of my stuff from living here for 15 yrs, all of my aunts stuff from when she moved into assisted living and since then passed , all of my mom's stuff (which I don't dare touch) from her living with me since she retired - 15 yrs ago and then add all of Matthews stuff from when he moved in with me when we got married. And this man throws NOTHING away. Clean Sweep would take one look at this basement (1500 sq feet and PACKED) and run for the hills and not look back!

ay yi yi are we going to have a sale and a half! Anyone want to come? I'm pricin' to sell!

Are Devil Dogs made by Hostess? If so, that would get my vote. Gotta love Devil Dogs. If not, I'll go with the Ding Dongs.

I havent had Hostess products in over 3 yrs...but my favorite snack food was Funny Bones (Drakes I think). But sadly I haven't had one of them in over a year and a half. this isn't good to be posting before Lunch Got to love the water, love the water, love the water!!!!

Ho-Ho's.....yummy.....Ding dongs come in second and little chocolate donuts (the breakfast of champions---anyone else remember that John Belushi SNL skit?) come in third....

And Ho-ho's don't come in tin foil anymore????????What's up with THAT? (Haven't bought them in awhile)...

Yep, that and Hersheys bars don't come in the foil wrapper anymore either - just a icky plastic thing. *sigh* my childhood is slipping away from me....

Ho-Ho's. I haven't had one of these since I was a teenager. A LONG time ago. I didn't even know they weren't wraped in foil anymore!!

Ho Hos!!!! I forgot about the foil. Since I don't buy them at all anyway, I suppose I should have remembered. I think they do the plastic so they can sell the,m individually in vending machines and keep them fresher.

I tried the Chodiles once, they should be called Chocoviles, they are totally disgusting. Twinkies are no where near as good as when I was forbidden to have them as a child. My mother NEVER bought us that stuff, only oreo cookies. I do love snoballs, expecially when they make them different colors for the holidays. I peel off the coconut and marshmallow frosting, and save it for last. Talk about a sugar high and carb over load!
