Good Saturday morning everyone! Looks like it's going to be a pretty one here - not even 8am yet and its already 60 degrees!

Big day in Richmond yesterday - don't know if anyone saw the news (I know it was on the national news like CNN and FOX) but we had the biggest fire in the history of downtown Richmond since the Civil War! Down at the VCU campus at a dorm construction site a fire ignited and the wind carried ember which ended up igniting and destroying 19 buildings, one fire truck and 20 cars. Luckily the casulities were small with only one fatality (when the power to a woman's oxygen cut out) and smoke inhalation for a few firefighters. Could have been so much worse

Anyway - on to my question of the day to lighten the mood

I don't eat much Mexican food but when I do it's chicken fajitas or chicken or beef tacos.

I like all Mexican food, so it depends what I am hungry for & today I guess its tacos.

I love beef Chimichangas with lots of sour cream.

I didn't hear about the fires but thats awful!! Looks like a beautiful day here too. It's 67 at 8:30 am. Sun is out and looks beautiful outside. If we could only get some rain to wash off the pollen so I could go out and enjoy....

I love Mexican food, so it was a tough choice.

Decided to vote for Burritos.....I like super burritos...chicken, rice, beans, sauce, sour cream and guacamole. Yummy!!

I LOVE Mexican food--especially authentic, but Taco Bell will do in a REAL craving pinch. My favorite is fresh, hot, sizzling FAJITAS!!! UMMMM, YUM!!!!! I can smell the fresh veggies now!!!!

Stupid me!! I pressed tacos, but i meant to do other!!!!! My favorite would have to be Mexican Pizzas!!!!!!! Sooooooo good!!!!!!!!!!

but since i said tacos, i like em soft, with lots sour cream, meat, cheese, and then lots of tomatoes!!! Maybe salsa of sauce on top!!!

Go Tacos- lots of sour cream and salsa. Top it off with a ice cold diet coke and a side of those really salty-warm nachos. Thanks for the poll now I know what I want for dinner.

I LOVE Mexican food, but went with Enchiladas. I am hooked on Chi Chi's Lobster Enchiladas. Yummy!!!

I am not really a big mexican food person, so I chose Tacos...soft ones!

Oh my right up my alley! I could eat mexican everyday! My poor DH gets so sick of my mexican requests at home and out to dinner. Oh my, I don't think you could go wrong with any of the choices. However I love a good chicken chimichanga or chicken flautas the best!

Of course I like them even more when it comes with chips and salsa and a maragarita on the rocks with salt!

I know what I'll be having for dinner tonight...MmmMmm!

My tummy can't handle the spices in Mexican. But, I do make fagitas and pull out my meat before seasoning DH's.
