All is quiet with the elect Cotton Candy committee. Of course it's only 5:44am there.

Please people.. AZJazzyJ will be getting up any minute and will see that cotton candy is being whalloped by Funnel Cakes...

For the love of all that's good people!! Vote for Cotton Candy! I am spending a couple of days at WDW in September with him and I don't want to hear him cry every time we pass a cotton candy machine!!!

Alas, I have been in meetings all night talking with the Cotton Candy representatives. I had gone to bed expecting a Dewey versus Truman result but the people have spoken. For the good of the country I will shake the hand of Funnel Cake even though I think the inferior candidate was elected. I shall go find Al Gore, grow a beard and invent the next version of the Internet before beginning another campaign. I should have known it would turn out this way since this is a Disney board and Walt Disney World is in Florida. I have attempted to call the Supreme Court in hopes that they would see that the ballots in Florida my have been counted incorrectly. MeanLaureen, would it be possible to count by hand all the votes coming from Florida? I think the ballot was confusing to the voters there causing a lot of people to vote for Carmel Apples when they really meant to vote for Cotton Candy. And i don't think we have yet heard from Hawaii (although I think they only have 4 electoral votes). All is not lost yet. This was the popular vote. What needs to happen next is to see where these votes came from to determine if Funnel Cakes have enough electoral votes to be elected. I will eagerly await to hear where the Funnel Cake and Cotton Candy voters were from.
