Woohoo! We have about 5ish inches of snow on the ground - it's 18 degrees out, it's starting to freezing rain and will put a nice coating of ice on top of the snow. Can we say Richmond is paralysed?
I know you NEers are probably saying "5 inches and 18 degrees? WIMPS" You gotta remember - this is the "old south". We say the word snow and people run screaming into the streets. They say the word flurries and people buy all the bread, milk, toilet paper and kitty litter in every grocery store. The first flake hits the atmosphere and all the schools close.
And of course the 18 degrees is adding to the fun because the salt can't even BEGIN to think about working until it's at least 20 degrees and we have one snow plow for maybe every 20 square miles. Ahhhh to live in a city riddled with panic
Anyhow - here is your question for today since it is freeeezing cold...
"What is your favorite kind of soup?"
