Corn, I have it with just about every meal. Brocolli and carrots are not too far behind

Baked potatoes with the works, yummy.

But, my all time favorite would have to be tomatoes. Fresh from the garden and still warm from the sun. Too bad it's January.

I give my vote to anything you can throw on the grill, i.e. eggplant, squash, etc. However, I am a veggie fiend and I have yet to meet a veggie I didn't like. Yup! Even Brussel sprouts! If you throw enough garlic and hot pepper in, any veggie tastes great!

Honestly I don't even consider potatoes to be in the vegetable catagory..... They are in a league of their own!

But that's what I voted because they were there.... 2nd choice would be carrots

Asparagus. Don't consider potatoes or corn vegetables. They are starches.
I especially love while asparagus wrapped in ham.
