Happy Memorial Day everyone!

Wow, I actually slept in today! Matt woke me up a little after 8 to take my medicine... I promptly ignored him and went back to sleep for another half an hour until Reilly decided it was time for momma to wake up! And you don't argue with a wet poodle tongue. It did feel good to sleep in past 7 though!!!

Looks kinda dreary out here today. Hope you have beautiful weather where you live!

On to today's poll topic: Since the weather is getting warm, how about...

What is your favorite brand of ice cream?

In my area Hood make a really creamy sugar-free ice cream. If I can't get that, then I look at what's in the Edys section.

I don't live in TX anymore, but these are what I grew up on!! Thankfully Bluebell distributes out of TX now!!

Favorite flavor - mint chocolate chip (there's is the green kind and my mint chocolate chip ice cream has to be green - don't ask me why - it's just a prerequisite before I eat it!!).

I had to vote for Ben & Jerry's, but I don't even buy it once a year probably. Too expensive and too fattening! But it is sooo good.

I usually buy what's on sale because we could easily go through 4-6 1/2 gal cartons each week. But I only like ice cream that doesn't have artificial flavors added, anything else tastes weird to me. We usually get Perry's, Edy's, or the Wegmans store brand.

When we are at home in NH we prefer Gifford's. Really creamy and flavorful.

When I visit my family in Texas it's BlueBell all the way!
