Meaning of your user name???

My real name has been floated aorund on this forum a couple of times - mostly by my sister in my latest pre-trip report, and she got a very stern ticking off for using it.

So for those that asked my real name is Marcus. Not exactly a revelation on the scale of "And the winner of X Factor 2009 is .........................." but there you have it.

:lmao:
nice to meet you:goodvibes
as for a revelation, much more interesting than the x factor:rotfl:

Mine's not very original either.

Pixiepower is a play on 'puppy power' from Scooby Doo and of course Tinker Bell, my favourite little pixie. 04 is for the year we visited Florida for the first time.

This is a great thread! :thumbsup2

My user name is just as it appears, my name, how boring and unoriginal is that!

I like Kenny and Marcus. How does the nickname Kenny evolve from Marcus though?:confused3

As for using 1984 because it's your date of birth - nooooo, that's far too young.:rotfl:

:lmao: :lmao: Now that made me chuckle! I do apologise for being born in that year

As others have said, there are many I've read wrong. Wayne-egg and GoofyFish are two of mine also :rotfl2:

Fantastic thread though, good to cheer things up after the come-down from Christmas! :goodvibes

The first regiment I joined in the army had a Kenny Nicholls that was leaving as I arrived. I inherited his name as our surnames were the same and it stuck. Even Mrs Pegasus calls me Kenny :)

:lmao: It's a bloke thing. All of my husband's friends have nicknames, I'm not even sure of their real names. We even put their nicknames on Christmas cards etc. Most of them derive from surnames but some of them are inexplicable. :confused3

Im gutted that Kenny has reveled his real name I was going to start a new thread asking people to guess :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:
Then the big reveal from kenny could have been as exciting as the x factor final :lmao::lmao:

Webb-Riley is my surname and 6 - 60 were the ages of our party when went to WDW last year. MY DD 6th birthday was our first full day there and my Dad's 60th was our last full day there (excluding travelling days). :woohoo:

Mine is from my nephews, they couldnt say my name Jeanette when they were little and so they called me Net, then Netty! Now i'm called Netty all the time by family and dh!

Sorry Louise. We could have set up a premium rate phone line and paid for our next holidays :rotfl2:

Just to add to my 'name list' when I was younger all my mates outside of school used to call me Sucky (Marcus backwards is Sucram - shortened = Sucky)
However when I was at school I was known as Trenchy. This is because I had a double barrelled name (Nicholls-Trench). I dropped the Trench when I joined the Army though - on the advise of the guys in the careers office. Can't think why though :lmao:

mine simply means I love the character mushu from mulan lol
