Just got back. The basic premise for the movie is good, but too much cursing for me -- they said the B word soooo many times. I took my almost 10 year old dd and her friend, I really wish I hadn't. My 13 year old thought it was just ok. I really thought it was just ok too, watchable but it could have been so much better. The language really turned me off.

Oh, I want to see this movie. I think it looks pretty funny. But maybe the B word repeatedly is not appropriate for the younger set.

I dont mind cussing in a movie, but I dont want to have it in just to have it in

Never listen to Blink 182's 30 second song...

guess you haven't heard how the average 13 year old talks to her friends...it makes me cringe...

not many 13 year olds, and not any 14 year olds i know talk to their friends like that!!!!!!! i dont know about the average, but none i know talk to their FREINDS like that!!!!!!!

anyway...Heather and I can't wait to see this!! Lindsay Lohan is one of my favorite actresses!!!!!!!:teeth: :teeth: :wave2:

DD 13, wants to see it with her friends. I'd like to see 13 Going On 30 with her. It looks really cute.

my girls and I saw 13 going on 30. it's a little sappy, but we loved it. similar "talking points" as in Mean Girls.

Thanks for the review Kallison ... I might go tomorrow!
