My little princess princess: REALLY likes the old Chip & Dale shows. So, I wanted to have her meet them when we go to Disney World this summer. Due to some Special Needs, we were trying to have character meet and greets at meals instead of waiting in lines for them. In an attempt to avoid meltdowns :lmao: , we want Breakfast or Lunch meals.

For Chip and Dale I could only find one; Garden Grill (but that is only Dinner)

We've been to 'Ohana three times and saw CHip and Dale.

Check to be sure they are still there...but regardless - 'Ohana is a wonderful family character breakfast!

My DFF's (Disney Fanatic Friends) say they have a fabulous dinner as well.

We've seen Mickey, Goofy, Lilo, Stitch, Chip & Dale.....

'Ohana means family ....and family means no one ever gets left behind"

:)

Garden Grove at the Swan, weekend character breakfast.

To my knowledge Chip and Dale are no longer found at Ohana. Just Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto. I think other than the Garden Grove for weekend breakfast they can only be found at the Garden Grill for dinner.:sad1:

I'm a fan of Chip and Dale myself - I'm going to miss seeing them at the Liberty Tree Tavern.

Chip and Dale also host a campfire at Fort Wilderness CampGrounds that starts at 7:30pm (6:30 after Daylight Savings Ends).

This sounds like a fun event that we are trying for the first time next week! :thumbsup2 My understanding is that there is a campfire with a sing-along and Chip&Dale are there. You can bring your own stuff to roast or purchase hotdogs or s'more fixins from the campstore. When the singing and Meet&Greets are finished they show a Disney movie on an outdoor screen. There are also a playground and other things for the kids to do in the area.

Hope you ave a great trip!

I had heard about the campfire, but one of the people in the party has a fear of fire. That will limit some of the attractions we will see, and definately rules out that option for seeing Chip and Dale.

It is also a Dinner Event, and with my little Princesses issues, it is hard for her to manage her behaviors that late at night (especially if she had an eventful day - which every day at Disney will be eventful).

Thanks for the help everyone. I guess I am stuck with Dinner at the Garden Grill or . . . . .

Do they have a character meet?

Bumping....can anyone do the campfire or do you have to be staying at the campground. How expensive is it? It sounds like a lot of fun.

Chip & Dale are not at Ohana, but they are at Cape May Cafe breakfast. Cape May is a nice character brkfst - the buffet selection is a bit more limited than some other brkfst buffets, but it is a more relaxed brkfst & the character interaction is excellent!

Not sure if they are still there, but last year we did the character breakfast at the Cape May Cafe at Beach Club. They had Chip and Dale, as well as Minnie and Goofy. All characters were decked out in a beach theme. Chip and Dale are favorites here with all three of my children. We had a great time!

Last fall Chip&Dale were replaced by Donald at the CapeMay Cafe for breakfast ... we were sooooo sad to see them go.

The campfire, sing along and movies are open to everyone and there is no cost unless you want to buy stuff to roast.

If you are thinking that outdoor movies sound like fun, they are also shown nightly, weather permiting, on the beach at Beach Club. No campfire, though.

I am a life long Chip n dale fan and hunt them out whenever we go!!:lmao:

I may be wrong, but I understood that they are no longer at Cape May Cafe, and that indeed the only character meal is now the Garden Grill dinner (I didn't know about the Swan though!!;))

If you are just looking for the photo op - last year we were in Future World in Epcot and there was an indoor pavilion in the centre where you queued and had your photo taken/autographs with all the main characters and this included Chip n Dale.

We really loved this as it was orderly queueing (so you didn't have everyone crowding in and getting in your photos), plus you don't often get chip n dale together and here you did!! - hopefully that is still there when we go next Christmas!!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

That's too bad, we are Chip & Dale fans too and really enjoyed this meal. Guess we'll be doing the Garden Grill when we go back next year.
