Also, if it's just you and DH, you may want to consider eating your main meal in the late afternoon (between 2 and 4). Many times you can get the same meal at most restaurants for the lunch price. But if you go at 5 or 6, you'll pay the dinner price. We actually do this when we go (our kids are 16 and 12, so they don't have to eat exactly at lunch and dinner time like smaller children do). It also helps to have a good, hearty breakfast (eggs, bacon,sausage or ham, etc, toast). If you just eat cereal or some sort of breakfast cake, you'll be hungry within an hour or two. But a good breakfast can take you to mid-afternoon, with perhaps a small snack in between. We actually save money this way. Good luck and have a great trip!
