My family and I are all going in november, we booked through grand gatherings because there are ten of us- 5 adults, 1 seven year old, 1 six year old, 2 four year olds, and 1 one and a half year- almost two year old--

so my question is- where do yall suggest we book for meals? we are all doing delux dining and want to make reservations for breakfast and dinners- my husband, myself, and our almost two year old have been many times but all the others have never been- we are planning everything and i want to book meals that are the best of disney so to speak- i do know one night we are diong the international dinner and illuminations through grand gatherings- what else can yall think of to just knock thier socks off???

I am booking something very similar right now. We have 11. Some of us are doing the deluxe others are only doing the regular dining plan. So we are mostly doing characterbfasts then light dinners. Then the others with the Deluxe will go have a seperate dinner.

My family is going in march and we have 24 in our party--I had to call Le Cellier directly and talk to a manager and he emailed me the confirmation number. Very nice...we are not to my knowledge doing the grand gathering it is just an ADR. We have party of 12 dinners at other times and he had to do separate tables most of the time.

Most restaurants should be able to accommodate a party of 10 (or 11), if you book your ADRs early.

Here are a few restaurants that work very well with our party of 11 in Sept.: Biergarten (highly recommend- time it so you are seated 15mins. before the band starts playing, ask the CM what time when booking), O'hana (again recommend), Chef Mickey, Whispering Canyon Cafe.

we were a large group for Biergarten a year or so ago . Had a great time there. Also Crystal Palace for a large group would be alot of fun. We did eleven people at that one for dinner.. I am suggesting buffets because it is so much easier to handle.....Chef Mickeys breakfast is a great meal to handle too

We wanted to eat at WCC for our meal in February (23 of us). When I called dining they said to call the manager directly to book. After waiting a couple of days with no return call; I called back and finally got through. They said we could only order the skillet meal if booking a large group . Unfortunately we decided then not to eat there, because several people felt they'd rather have a choice what to order. It's strange; the other places I booked seemed to have no problem handling multiple dishes for large group when I booked LeCellier (no problem there), or Tutto, Cali Grill . . .etc. Our only buffet booked is Biergarten.
