Hi everyone!

My husband and I are staying at BCV in September and were wondering what restaurants were the best for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in that area. There are so many restaurants we can't seem to decide. I know we want to try Cape May for dinner at least once, and we have been to Spoodles on a previous trip (may be a moot point with it changing to a new restaurant). We are not big breakfast people, and lunch will be on one of our off days. Any suggestions? We are pretty adventurous eaters so we don't oppose any "weird" food :)

Thanks for any hints

:yay:

Are you going dining plan or not? Because if you are not doing the dining plan, there are some excellent choices in that area. I'm a huge huge fan of Bistro de Paris at Epcot for dinner. Also, we have enjoyed Todd English's bluezoo at the Dolphin and Il Mulino at the Swan. Shula's at the Dolphin is considered very very good (I can't go because of my lobster phobia).

On the dining plan, we love Flying Fish on the Boardwalk. Yachtsmen Steakhouse is pretty good. I like Cape May's breakfast better than dinner. Yes, it's a character breakfast but a very quiet one.

If you are looking for a decent burger, don't forget to head over to Beaches and Cream. We did not care for Big River Grille/Brew and have not tried ESPN.

I second all of these recommendations. I will also say that I do like Big River and I think ESPN Club is terrible. In addition, I also like Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club.

If you have hoppers passes you have everywhere in Epcot open to you. Pick a country...........

The Epcot Resort area is one of the best for eatery selection. We stay at the BWI most of the time. The Character Breakfast at Beach Club is very good. You will be happy with Lunch or Dinner anywhere around the lagoon. Don't forget you are also within easy walking distance to the Studios restaurants too.

I was going to give you my favorites, but I figured out I was listing them all.....

Thanks for all the suggestions!

We are not going to be doing the dining plan this year. My husband and I figured it was just too much food for us. We do howver like to go for at least 2 "big" meals while we are at the world.

Beaches and cream sounds like a great place to do a smaller meal. Ice cream and burgers! What more could a girl ask for? :)

Cape may for breakfast even without kids is great...The food selection is large and the atmosphere is calm yet fun!

We like ESPN too...

The Yachtsmen is very good but expensive...

We also like grabbing pizza from the window at the Boardwalk...

And the Boardwalk Bakery is great for a quick/ cheap breakfast on the boardwalk.
