When you select a table service meal what is included when they mention entree? Do you get a meat veggie etc?

It depends upon the restaurant. Some will have a carb and a veg, others will be protein or main only. The menu should describe. If in doubt, ask the server. If you are pre planning, feel free to ask about a specific dish by title and restaurant and someone probably knows.

Most TS restaurants will include side dishes with the entrees. Check individual menus at www.disneyworld.disney.go.com for better info.

You'll need to read the menus but generally an entree is a main dish and a side dish.
Example would be a sandwich and french fries or a steak and mashed potatoes etc.

For the main dish we have gotten everything that is included in the description of the entree on the menu. Some restaurants will have additional side dishes, enhancements or extras with a separate price point. If you choose any of these you would have to pay separately.

As people above have mentioned, you typically get a main entree and a side. The only restaurant that have experience with that is different than that is Shula's Steakhouse at the Dolphin. There when you order a steak, all you get is the steak, if you want a side, you have to order, and pay, for that separately.

Also note, that some table service restaurants are actualy buffets or all-you-care-to-eat places, where you can choose from anything that is listed on the menus online. At some you will serve yourself, whereas at others, like Garden Grill or Whispering Canyon, they bring a skillet meal to you, but you can get more of anything you want. Note that these meals have one set price.
