Meal Vouchers?

Can any explain meal vouchers to me????

Sorry I know for some a stupid question, but I have no idea what they are. Are they only for people staying on site?

They are becoming a thing of the past. They used to be available from a company called Connections, Lillian Vernon, and Hotwiresavings.com However, when WDW began the Dining Package add-on in January the vouchers were no longer available from these sources. I'm sure Disney still uses them for groups, maybe conventions, and possibly DVC, but there doesn't seem to be a good source for the public now. They were a convenient way to pre-pay meals, and at a couple of locations a fantastic bargain. I used breakfast, quick and casual, and kingdom lunch vouchers and miss all three types

They aren't available anywhere?? We used them last trip and LOVED them! Is there anything (outside of the Dining Plan) to replace them?

www.dwtickets.com is selling them for 16.50 before tax and $8.50 shipping. If you end up paying $17 or $18 for them it is kind of pointless.

WOW- that is really expensive- not really worth it. Last year we used the vouchers for lunches all week. Even got the premium ones so we could eat at Rainforrest cafe= I got my coupons off ebay but NEVER ever paid more then 13.00 for the reg coupons and I think 25.00 for the premium ones. I go to ebay now and check out what people are paying for these knowing what they get and I msut say-- that people jsut dont do their homework before buying these vouchers. A lot of dissapointed people will be in disney after May 31st.

Didn't I see that some expire in December? We are going in June and if I could find some for a great price. I would grab them. Of course, expiration dates of May 31st, won't help

yes- the dwtickets one are good thru 2005.
