Meal Vouchers

Can you buy the meal vouchers if you are not staying at a Disney Hotel?

If so how do I go about buying them etc

No, I don't think you can.
They are added as part of the package to onsite hotel bookings, and have to purchased as part of that package, in advance of arriving at DLRP (just reading this bit out of the brochure ).

Oh well, never mind. Another thing I'll have to budget for seperatly then
