does disney offer any voucher if you have a grand gathering?
i am in need of a lot of voucher :Q&C, breakfast and lunch...
anyone knows if i can get it directly from disney?

Yes you can get them directly from disney if you are booking a group. They have the following vouchers available:
breakfast, quick and casual for 10.75 good at the food courts at the all stars, cbr and por including a drink, breakfast platter and one bakery or side item
a quick and casual lunch or dinner for 14.38 including one combo meal and one dessert or one entree, side dish one dessert and one beverage

they also have vouchers for sit down meals- dinner was $62 I don't remember lunch or breakfast prices but they all seemed rather high.

A grand gathering is different from a group booking. A grand gathering is a group experience with 8 or more people being eligible to book. You can do a grand gathering group using regular room bookings- you just link all your rooms together as part of a gathering. They will assign you a special grand gathering number which your friends/family then give when they make their reservations.

A group booking requires 10 or more rooms. There are special rates, and special rules. You have to reserve the 10 rooms and there are specific penalties about cancelation etc. I recieved the information about the food vouchers when inquiring about a group booking- not with the grand gathering information.

I originally recieved the information about group bookings from the regular reservation number- they transferred me to groups. SInce then I have been working with Mona at 407 566-4824. I'm sure she is just one of many group agents.

do you mean that group booking does notallow me to use any code, instead i have to use their rate?

As I understand it yes- didn't really ask the question because no one in the group had a special code and the group rate was far better than either AAA or AP rates (except for cabins at FW ap rate was better)
POR w/AAA was 126.50, AP was 109 group was 99
AKL was 139 with AP 119 with group.

Also I could only use my AP rate for 3 rooms and we needed 10+.

Another major advantage is that you can book 4 in a room at the same rate- even 4 adults or "disney adults" as I am fond of calling our 19-22 year old kids. No extra charge for the extra "adults" sharing a room.

So the price I was quoted for group rate is good for the maximum amount of adults in the room? I thought it was like a regular rate and I would be charged extra for having 4 adults in one room.

I specifically asked and the rate is good for up to 4 in a room with no extra charge. Makes the Deluxes in particular a very good deal.
