Meal timing question

Since you are all so knowledgeable and wonderful and given me so much great advice already

Our last day we want to eat breakfast at Ohana. We will have our rental car all packed up and ready to go, we will need to leave for the airport at 11:15. What time would you recommend we have our ressies for? We would like it to be the latest time possible without pushing being late...

I would normally give all ADR's at least 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Now, with a place like OHana...I would maybe give them an extra half hour. I would make the reservation for 9.
