For those without kids, have you done a character meal, will we feel funny without any kids in our party?

Where is the best formal type dinner?

Best casual dinner?

Best counter service in themeparks?

thanks:teeth: :teeth:

DW and I always do a couple of character meals on our trips without kids, and it's a blast! Go for it and enjoy.

Our favorite counter service in-park restaurant is the Columbia Harbor House in the MK. Good food, nice selection, and great atmosphere. Try the upstairs seating.

DH (34) and I (26) LOVE them!!! We always go to Crystal Palace for bfast at least twice during our trips and our other favorite is Chef Mickey's!!

hi: we almost always do at least 1 character meal (with/without) kids. in november, we'll be doing at least 1 character meal and this is a "ladies only" trip.

My sister and I were walk-ins at Donald's CB at the AK. It was the first morning of our trip, and what a blast! We didn't feel out of place at all, and had fun hamming it up with the characters. No one will think twice about you being there without kids - just go and have fun!

Best formal dinner...Victoria and Alberts.

Best casual meal...depends on what you mean by casual. You can enjoy some wonderful meals in "resort casual" dress at WDW. My first vote would be California Grill although people dress in all modes for that room. Other choices would be Citrico's, Yachtsman's, Narcoossee, Chefs de France, and Jiko. Kona Cafe has great food in a very casual setting.
