What type of meal plan is offered at DL Resort? Thanks

Not at all like the WDW one. It's just prepaid vouchers. The general agreement around here is that it's not worth it. The big drawback is that it's just vouchers in even amounts. If you use up a $25 voucher on a meal that cost 21.50, you won't get any change back. Really makes more sense to use your credit/debit card, or if you really want to have a prepaid budget amount, to purchase Disney dollars or a Disney gift card and set those aside for your meal use. Disney dollars can be converted back if you don't use them, and the gift card can be used any place in the park that swipes credit cards, which includes most kiosks.. so souvenirs, snacks and everything.
