meal plan, childrens menu enforced?

The last time we visited WDW we enjoyed the *very* new meal plan . Has anyone been recently and experienced any servers or counter service locations that enforced the kids eating from children's menu selections only? If so where? Thanks.

Lots and lots has been written about this on the DDP board.

Last year when we went they were not very strict about menus but things may have changed.
