meal deal locations questions?

Is the meal deal just for counter service?
Are the locations out side seating or inside?

Yes, they are all counterservice locations. But if you go during the off-season when the parks close early & you buy the 2-park meal deal, it includes Citywalk dining at Pastamore, Pat O'Briens, Latin Quater or Bob Marley (I think that's it??). You can only eat at these locations between 5pm-10pm.

All the counterservice locations in the parks have inside seating.
