i was just wondering if its wroth getting the meal deal for universal. this will be our first time there we are only going two days both parks. do you think my family should get it? it will be me, my husband anf two sons ages 12 and 9. thanks for any info you can give me

It's a LOT of food. It's hard to say from one family to the next. The only time we tried the meal deal was years back when both my boys were teens. We couldn't eat all the food we got with the deal....and my boys are big eaters!

It's not that great of a deal unless your family will eat and eat and eat. Plus if you're going when the parks close early, it will be a little hard to have lunch and dinner so close together. The food is standard theme park fare which isn't bad but there are better places to eat that don't participate in the meal deal. I just don't think it's worth it but you can decide when you arrive and purchase the meal deal at either park...you don't have to purchase it ahead of time.
