Meal Deal at Universal

Hi, I thought I read somewhere that they had included a couple of restaurants in City Walk in the Meal Deal - but I cannot find this info anywhere! We are going in December when the park closes at 7pm - a bit early to have last meal in park. Has anyone info please!
