Booked a two night stay at the AKL for the end of our 2 week trip. I got ME tickets for my AKL stay today and they had the yellow luggage tags?? As this is our departure with ME we don't need them right???

Correct the yellow luggage tags are only used to transport your lugguage from the airport to your disney resort. If you are just using magical express from the disney resort to the airport you do not want to have the yellow tags on your bags.

Thats what I thought thanks Wonder why they sent them as the ticket clearly states departure?

It's been a consistent but meaningless glitch in the system. When you do a split stay, you have a separate reservation number for each resort you stay at. When you make a DME reservation, the computer system creates a full DME packet for each reservation number.

Throw away the AKL DME tags to avoid confusion.
