ME with family coming on different days?

My kids and I will arrive on Thursday and my DH will join us on Friday. Is there any problem setting up ME for 2 different days for people staying in the same room?

You will have no problem; ME will give you one trip to the resort and a return. Just give them his arrival info and he can use ME as well!
