We got our booklet a few days ago. Inside is information about how the service works, a listing of our flight schedules (which is correct), luggage tags for everyone, and 3 transportation vouchers (one for each of us).

My concern is about the vouchers. They say "Please present this voucher to the motorcoach driver upon your departure from your Walt Disney World resort to the airport." So, it seems that we have vouchers for the return trip, but not the trip to the resort. However, the vouchers are dated for the day we arrive, not the day we depart.

Is this something I need to be concerned about? Or, can we just straigten it out when we get there?

I wondered the same thing prior to our October trip, the vouchers are actually good for both legs. The driver will scan the voucher on the trip from MCO to the reosrt and then collect it on the trip from the resort back to MCO. So you only get one voucher per person for the round trip.

Well, gee, that's kind of confusing. It seems like they could make that a little more clear.

A day before your departure from your resort, you will receive a letter advising you of your pick up time. Included in the body of the letter are the names of each person in your party with a bar code next to each name, you give this letter to the bus driver when you return to MCO. The vouchers in the booklet are for the trip from MCO to WDW.

Well, then why does it say on the voucher - "Please present this voucher to the motorcoach driver upon your departure from your Walt Disney World resort to the airport."

Doesn't that confuse a lot of people?

I guess it confuses some people since the questin gets asked but the voucher gets scanned on your trip to WDW and collected on your trip back to MCO.

It's clear you'll need the voucher for your return. If for some reason you put the voucher in your checked luggage the DME desk will print a voucher for you for your trip to your resort.

Thanks, everybody. That clears it all up.

Good answer.

It would clearer if voucher page clearly stated:

"These are your round-trip motorcoach transportation vouchers. There is one voucher for each guest. The vouchers will be scanned, but not collected, when you board the motorcoach at Orlando International Airport. The vouchers will be collected by the driver when you board the motorcoach at your resort for the trip back to the airport."

Not everyone gets the letters, for whatever reason. The driver will either collect the vouchers from the back of the DME booklet, the confirmation letter that was left on the door, or a written voucher from the hotel. The drivers also have replacement vouchers they can fill out as well.

Actually nothing to worry about with one exception*

When you arrive in Orlando the CM's at the ME welcoming area will ask to see the vouchers and since there is only one per person the request is not ambiguous.

If you never received the vouchers, the CM's will either give you new ones or tell you to get new ones at the resort.

* You must get a reserved bus time and have the vouchers for the trip back home. If the CM's at the welcoming area forget to do this or if you need to make changes, then you need to do this at the resort at least a day before check out.
