ME reservation vs ticket question

Hi,
I booked ME for myself thinking husband was going to rent the van and we would meet at the POR, but then decided to rent from the Car Care Center instead. Well ME had already sent the booklet and tags for me only not husband so I called and told them we were both coming. they sent me more tags but said he did not need a ticket and just to check in, I had informed them the first time I needed an accessible bus.
I just don't want to get there and find he has not ride.
Anyone else not have the physical ticket in hand but had reservation? was it OK when you checked in at the desk?
Or should I still try to have them send him a booklet with ticket?

You say you got more luggage tags....do they have your dh's name on them? If so, you, and he, are good to go. I have arrived at the ME desk at MCO, having packed my info booklet in my checked luggage. They just laughed at me and gave me a new voucher for the bus driver. So, as long as your dh is listed on their reservation, he will be able to ride, voucher or not.
