Your pick up time is approximately 3 hours prior to your flight time. You need to be at the ME bus stop 15 minutes prior as sometimes buses are early. The day before you leave a letter will be placed on/under your door telling you your bus time.

And the standard disclaimer, the time listed will be the time the bus LEAVES not gets there. If you miss it you may be S.O.L as they only send DME buses as needed, not like regular buses that show up every 20 min or so. As Tozzie said, you will want to be at the bus stop, READY TO GO, with all bell services checked baggage, all guests, etc etc 15 minutes before (minumum). There have been stories of part of a party being left because they decided they needed to do something and werent back before the bus left.
