ME Question

My mom will be flying down for our trip in May and will be using ME. I have been looking at flights for her. How early is the pick up window for ME on departure days? For example if her flight is at 7pm should I expect her to leave at 4ish or will it be earlier than that? Can anyone give me a ballpark figure? Thanks

You've hit it right. In general, departure-day pick ups are scheduled three hours in advance of the flight time, give or take 15 minutes. The exact time assigned will be delivered to the room with an information packet the day before she will be leaving. She should plan on being at the bus pick-up location 10-15 minutes before the pick-up time.
