I called yesterday to add the Magical Express and the Quick Service Dining Plan to our upcoming reservation but when I review it online it says No Transportation added....

Sigh...

Anyone think the ME reservation is there?

Im going to call tomorrow because, of course, they are closed for the night.
 
Sadly I find it necessary to place 2 or 3 calls to MS to verify that they did their job. I call to place the reservation, call a day later to verify what was done on my first call and I call again 10 days before our vacation to verify again. More than once I have found changes to our reservation or requests.

Two months ago I booked SSR for next week. Made the reservation and verified that my location request was recorded. Two days ago I called to verify and was told that there is no record of any location request, but it's no big deal because they added it now. No big deal, what if I didn't call? :sad2:

Mine said that the entire time, but I got the tags in the mail.. and it was fine.. I even forgot the coupon things that you take with you.. and it was still ok.. as long as when you call they have you done for transportation.. you should be fine..

Oh and we went Memorial day weekend so it was just recently..
 
Mine says the same thing and I called just to check and it is set. A week later I got the luggage tags, but no voucher yet.

When I called, they said that would come closer to the trip (August). I was surprised I got the luggage tags in April.
 

I do my Magical Express request via the Members' Website. That way I know any mistake is my own, PLUS, ME sends me an email confirmation.

The website sends a email to MS who retypes your info for ME. We have had several errors in the last few years, that's why I call ME every trip to verify and correct any mistakes.

Today I received the Magical Express envelope!! Yay!!

But there are no luggage tags with it... BOO!!

Is this because we are only taking it FROM the resort home to the airport? We do not need it to get TO the resort as we are going to Southern Florida first and then driving up.

if your not using DME from airport to resort you won't get tags. why would you?:goodvibes

It could be computer errors, not necessarily people not doing their jobs. Disney's IT is really bad.
 
if your not using DME from airport to resort you won't get tags. why would you?:goodvibes

You are right. I was just thinking that if something happened between RAC and my home airport it might be easier for them to find out what happened if the tag with the resort name was on it.
