Wanted to share a good experience. A quick fix to a ME issue.
I received my ME packet less than a week ago and had the wrong resort printed on the yellow luggage tags and boarding passes
I immediately called and the CM corrected everything in the computer. At first she said she was unsure if new tags could be printed in time, but soon after putting in the request she assured me that they could. Today my packet arrived via UPS Express!
I fully expected to get it regular mail in a couple of weeks, but am delighted to have the paperwork and tags (all correct) in just a couple of days.
