ME Package is wrong! Please help.

Hi All,

I booked my trip in December for this coming July 30. At that time my flight arrived in Orlando @ 3.20pm. So when I booked Magical Express I gave them this flight information. Then in late may they made my flight arrive at 11.30am and I phoned Disney to change my ME information. I have confirmed it 3 times since then (everytime I called for whatever reason). Sooooo, the package arrived today and looky here....arrival @ 3.20pm and departure from the WRONG hotel even! Anyone have any experiences with this problem and insight to a solution?

The departure you can fix when you get to MCO and at the resort. I would call and make sure they have the correct information in the computer once again.

Does your arrival have the correct hotel? IF NOT DON'T USE THE TAGS. I wouldn't worry about the flight time being wrong. It's not like you're arriving late at night. Call to change it but it doesn't really matter.
